Best hip belt for bony hips

I've lost quite a bit of weight over the last couple of years, and some packs that used to feel good on me now bruise my hips pretty badly. Seek Outside and Stone Glacier packs both are pretty uncomfortable now. The SO could use an extra layer of softer foam, I think, and the Stone Glacier felt too firm. I've never tried Kifaru or Exo. The super cushiony belt on my old Kelty Cache Hauler feels pretty good, but it has all the obvious disadvantages of an external frame pack.

I'm curious about Kifaru, Exo, Hill People Gear, etc. I don't know much about how those belts are constructed or what kind of construction would be ideal for someone like me.

Any suggestions?

EXO is pretty plush if you like that style.
