I am going to add one more item...the core lightweight hoody is awesome. It is the perfect warm/hot weather hunting shirt and the hood is a game changer for me in the wind and sun. It is also great as a base layer.

Sorry, I have two that changed my perspective on being more comfortable in the backcountry with added durability that just added a bit of a weight. No doubt the Exo 5500 and Cabela’s Meindl Men’s Perfekt. Got rid of my lightweight La Sportiva boots and Kuiu Ultra 3000. In love with these two pieces of gear that are on every hunt from scouting, helping friends, or hunting by myself. Comfort level was at a 3 and now we’re at a solid 9.

Cut Proof Gloves, took nine animals from field to table without a scratch, first time I have done more than 3 without a slice. Increased my grip, which in turn increased the speed which I get the job done. Picked up a random pair from Amazon, thanks to the Rokslider that made the suggestion after laying themselves open in the field.
