Looking to get some game bags for my brother for Christmas. Just curious what people would recommend as far as best bang for their buck. Thanks in advance.

TAG bags - not the cheapest up front but a simple wash and they keep on going. Mine are going on 3-4 years and have been used on a pile of animals between guiding and personal hunts yet they still look like new.

Nice another friend recommended TAG as well. Just curious if anyone has seen or tried the kuiu game bags? They seem small too me.

Tag, caribou, Allan back country pretty much the same. Sizes vary between mfg, pick your size and go. They sure clean up nice.

SUshaye,

I have used TAG bags for a few moose so they can pretty much fit any big game animals in North America. I have not used KUIU game bags so cannot comment on those.

Regards,

TAG Bags. For boned out meat - get the BOMB bags.

Second the fact that Larry (Pristine Ventures) helps a lot of people out here on Rokslide.

I bought the Kuiu boned out game bag in size small when they had their 30% discount right before thanksgiving. I bought it for the purpose of having it for backstraps and tenderloins. I haven't had the chance since then to use it. I really like the handles on them and the seamless construction is nice as well. I imagine they well do a good job for that purpose. I'll have to wait till next fall till I put them to use.

My brother has the Allen bags. I have the TAG BOMB bags. They are pretty much the same. The Allen bags even have reflective tags and hang loops. The BOMB bags are simple and super lightweight. If you want a great value, buy the Allen bags. If you want a good value, and want to support a Rokslide sponsor, buy the BOMB bags.

It looks like TAG BOMB bags are out of stock on rokslide, whats the best way to order them?

I got the TAG bags in the Rokslide kill kit a few years ago. They are great. Use them on Whitetail here in VA and have washed them multiple times and they are still going strong.

God Bless.
