To start off, I'm only 5'6" 135-145. There ain't much for a waist belt to grab on to. To sum up my past experiences, first I had an original Exo. Mostly, it was great but I got hot spots on my hips. The belt did go plenty small. Currently, I have a 22" UL Hunting frame with an XS belt. I have zero complaints, but I bottom out the belt with heavy loads, and feel it could be a bit smaller. I'm planning to go to a Sky Talus or Reckoning on a 24" UL frame. Which frame is better for skinny guys? I absolutely love the Kifaru belt, would they make me a XXS? My waist is exactly 30", I just wonder if my belt has stretched over the last year.

Hill People Gear Belt in 27"+ should be perfect for you, you can play with the padding layers to get the perfect fit.

I ended up swapping to their belt at the last minute using a 33+ with full padding and my pack became rock solid on my slender hips.

Your torso measurement will really drive "better" frame choice. I'm 5'8" but have an 18" torso, so I'm at the bottom end of the Krux frame. Belt wise if the smallest SG one doesn't work for you, I'd call Kurt and see if he can mod one for you. I'm sure Kifaru would be the same story; both companies would take care of you.

Honestly since you have a Kifaru frame and they have the shorter stays for you, probably best to stick with that and get them to mod a belt for you.
