Another vote for Lawson. I bought from them, zpacks and one other I can’t remember. Couldn’t tell you the difference between the various sources once the tents are set up.

from Lawson you can get 100 feet for under $20 and that is more than you will likely need.

BTW - I used mine to replace the “stock” guylines on some tents and for guylines sets for some tarps. I splurged on a dyneema tarp and it felt silly to have guylines on a +$200 tarp that weighed almost as much as the tarp so I bought some high dollar lightweight cordage. I drank the cool aid a bit too much and decided to redo the lines on my tents. Not a ton of $$ but they function the same as the stuff the tents came with and the weight savings is only a few ounces. I do like the glow function but apart from that, I wouldnt say it adds a ton of function If you already have guylines.

I got some off brand dyneema, same chemical composition. Pretty sure it was technically fishing line, 300# 100' for less than $10. Maybe 1mm? 1.2mm? It's been great for all kinds of stuff.
Being that small leave a little extra on your hitches

Dyneema cord, it’s awesome with the reflective interwoven! Makes an elk quarter hanging flash like a strobe light... or a guy line on your tent!

That reflective Dyneema is what I use. They make tensioners that work really well too so you don’t have to tie new knots every time you use it.E0A7F077-E0F1-4DC2-8100-5998E66D2690.png

Paracord Galaxy.

The 275# paracord is what works best for your application. That's a 3/32" diameter cord.

10% discount code is CLC1401

Hope this helps.

Another plug here for Lawson's. 100' of Dynaglide (MBS 1000lbs, working weight 250-300lbs) is right around 2.5 ounces. Was originally intended to serve for bear hangs, low friction and high abrasion resistance but still knots well. Works fine for tent guy-outs too.

Another plug for Lawsons, those guys are awesome. Also check out the Technora shoelace, hard to believe anyone could be excited about shoelaces but get them and you will see.

I recently broke one of the ends on a pair, which was totally my fault...switched boots and the eyelets for the Meindl are smaller than the Lowa and I couldn't fit the ends through them...tried to pull them through with a Multitool and broke off one of the ends...they custom made me a new pair to fit at no charge and shipped them for free even though it was entirely my fault and had nothing to do with their product.
