Best bino monopod set up?

Hey all, I'm wondering what people recommend for a monopod for bino glassing. I carry black diamond carbon poles (for now), so am not sure if I should carry something additional, or try to modify them. Any help appreciated!

Just cross the trekking poles, hold with one hand and rest the binos in the notch, also works great for a quick rifle rest and fully adjustable.

I haven't used this bino adapter, but I see quite a few positive reviews on it. It has a small hole in the base for the tip of your trekking pole so you can use it like a monopod: https://www.wiserprecision.com/products/ba-7-sparrow-bino-adapter

Table top tripod, Monopod head, and some volle straps? Could just strap the table top tripod to the grip? Sunway photo makes a decent one that isn't too pricey.

I used a Manfrotto monopod for a few years until I found Spartan. Now that’s what I use. I take a tripod but usually have one of the legs converted to a monopod for glassing.
