Black Arch Protos-M Single-Clip has worked well for me with a P365x in the appendix position. Very comfortable against the skin if you like to wear under T-shirts.

Can usually get a OWD and appendix holster BOGO from Bravo Concealment. Both of the holsters are fairly decent quality and can be good tests for trying out a new style of carry.
