Best 300wm for elk hunting?

I picked up a hells canyon 300 wsm that shoots .50 with custom loads. I liked it so much that I purchased a 6.5 prc in the same set up and it shoots a ragged hole with ELD-M’s. In the market for a 300 prc and trying to talk myself into trying something else just so I don’t have 3 of the “same” rifles. Might end up with 3 hells canyons after all..
For your price point, a hells canyon would be tough to beat in my eyes.

Love the Christensen Mesa, my best friend / hunting buddy uses the x-bolt hells canyon in 300 win and swears by it. Can’t go wrong either way

I have a CA traverse in 300 Win mag and a 300 wsm they’re both phenomenal
