Looking for information ... specifically, 300WM in a standard Rem 700 LA magazine and 1:10 barrel.
I've got RE25, N560 and IMR 7977 to work with.

I will let you know what I find next week, I had to change to the Berger's as Im running out of 200gr eld-x, eld-x's were doing 2994ish and less then .5" at 100 with imr4350 so probably start with 4350Looking for information ... specifically, 300WM in a standard Rem 700 LA magazine and 1:10 barrel.

I hope so, I bought 1000 of them, weighed a few of them, seemed fairly consistent as Berger's usually are, hornady eld-x were kind of all over the place, I guess I don't really know how much verience in bullet weights really effect thingsThose new Berger 205's look like they'd be a great bullet for the case size range of 300 WSM to 300 Win mag. The BC isn't that far off the 215's but you'll be able to launch the 205's faster. They should be a good bullet.
Give them a call and talk to one of their techs or leave a message with a tech. Tell them what you're loading for and what powder/s you have. They're usually really good about helping people with a starting point.Anyone have any load data? Berger didn't seem to have any posted...
Where did you end up? I’m working on 300 win mag with 205s as well. Using Peterson brass, 24” barrel, 1:9 twist, GM215M, and currently testing N570 and H1000. With the N570 I got to 81.5 grains at 3004 with no signs of pressure. Berger said max load with N570 would be 83.1, which I will need to load up a few more and find pressure.Thanks. That should be a good starting point.
How far you running off the lands?I am shooting 205 Berger’s with 76.8 grains of H1000 out of a Sako S20 with a 24” barrel. 2900fps and it has been incredibly accurate. I have taken this load out to 800 no problem and hopefully will see what it does on a bear soon.
