Has anyone else had trouble getting in touch with Bergara? Every time I call there, I either get a recording saying they are having technical difficulties, on a lunch break, or get stuck in a queue for lengthy periods of time eventually giving up. I’ve sent them a few emails and have received responses but even those are not very timely with responses coming in 7-10 days. Is it just me or is something going on there?
 
I havent had that issue in the past but I have seen similar comments on their facebook groups.
 
I haven't tried calling, but I did email them a question about their triggers in October and heard back within 24hrs. That is my only experience with their CS.

I have the same experience. Piss poor customer service. Less than 50 rounds through this 6.5 PRC I bought and the ejector is stuck flush against the bolt face. Had ejector swipes on pretty much all the factory ammo I bought for it.

For contrast, one of my QD swivels pulled out of the stock on my SpringField Waypoint during a hunt. I called them on the drive back home, they had a label in my email before I got home, and in less than 2 weeks of that call, I had shipped them the rifle, and they replaced the stock, refinished the muzzle break, test fired it, and sent it back to me.
