Beretta Performance Magazine for Tikka

If these are the ones you are talking about, I had mine for about 5 minutes before they were boxed back up with a return label to beretta.

First, I think the anodizing sucks. It may be subjective as I didn’t have them long enough to know how it holds up, but its gritty like sand paper and shows marks easily. Didn’t like the feel but it’s probably something I could get over.

As far as feeding goes, if I inserted one round it did fine. If I inserted 2 or 3 rounds, the last one (the one sitting on the follower) would hang up every time. One time the last round got hung up so bad I thought I was going to have to take it apart to get it out but I was able to hold the follower down with a screw driver and dump the round out. Factory 243 ammo if that matters.

I think it was an issue with the follower. I really wanted to like them because they are aluminum and use a round spring instead of a leaf spring. I even considered machining a new follower to try and see if I could make it better but ultimately the factory magazines work better and I don’t have to do anything to make them work.
