Benchrest Tripod Identification

Anyone know what brand this is? I got it with a kowa scope and do not need it. It is built like a tank but I don’t know anything about this style of tripod. Google didn’t help. And of course there are no markings on it.

That's a Ewing scope stand. Allan Ewing made those in Spokane WA for use in NRA Highpower. The scope height is quick adjustable from standing to sitting to prone. The company name was Ewing Scope Stands and they went for $250-$300. Allan passed away in 2018.
