For clarification, is this a benchmark carbon barrel or a HCA barrel, which uses a benchmark liner?

Hca yes benchmark makes the barrel mike wraps them , it's a really nice barrel just been sitting in my safe had planned to build a nice suppressor set up but never got around to it
