Benchmade screws

I sent mine in to benchmade. They reinstalled new screws and sharpened. I paid S&H and had the knife back in 1-2 weeks.

I have two BM knives that lost screws. Yeah they shipped me spares and I locktited all.
really should not be happening on those knives.

Never had it happen and have several that I bought in 2007

I think most benchmade dealers have extra screws. My local outdoor store had a bunch and replaced a screw that fell out of mine. My clip needs to be tightened every few months.

I’ve had a few clip screws come loose before on my Benchmade’s, spyderco’s and quite a few other knives. I just make it a habit of when I first get them to throw some blue loctite on and I’m good to go.

I do like BM knives in general, I’ve lost a couple BM folders because clip loosened and fell out of my pocket. Warranty doesn’t help if you don’t have the knife.
