Benchmade Meatcrafter

It’s a boning knife, not a filet knife so don’t expect that degree of flex & finesse but it’s an outstanding boning knife. I have the orange handle version & the textured grip is nice when it’s wet or bloody.

When field dressing & skinning I like a shorter, rounded blade shape but for butchering & breaking down cuts, it’s a great knife.
