I have a regular bugout and love it.. I saw that they have a carbon fiber and are about to release an aluminum version.. anyone has any insight on which would be the better one? I’m not a big knife guy but I like it so much I’d like to have a nicer, more robust one. Thanks for any input guys

Check out Smokey Mountain Knife Works out of Sevierville, TN. They have a version with Titanium Scales for like $154. Bought one last month. Absolutely love it.

I have the carbon fiber bugout with S90V...by far the most expensive pocket knife I've ever bought, but MAN it is nice! It's insanely light and the pocket clip is really secure. I will say I'm not super impressed with the sharpness out of the box, but I'm kind of a snob when it comes to knife sharpening. It's sharp enough to do what it needs to do so I haven't bothered sharpening it yet, but I will soon.

No experience with the other you mentioned or the titanium mentioned above.

I was thinking you meant $154 for just the scales... I may have to go that route looks good

Does it grip well? Never had a titanium knife but since it’s smooth I’m curious
