High heat is all I can say. Those bears will have worms all throughout the meat that looks like thread. No Salvage in SE after June 1.

I make hams for the most part and use any ground for burgers/shepherds pie. I was getting tired of ham so I tried making pastrami with a backstrap and corned bear from a ham. Both are delicious.
