And DO NOT post your phone number in a public thread.
I had somebody reply to one of my for sale posts with their phone number and by the time I saw it and called him, somebody else had contacted him and nearly ripped him off, all in a matter of hours.

Lots of amazing deals from new folks, though, I agree. And I've avoided them.
