BC goat outfitter recommendations

I am looking to find outfitters that have great odds of shooting a big Billy. It looks like BC is the place to go if you are looking to shoot a big Billy. I have seen Bob Milligan mentioned a few times. Are there any other good outfits that can produce great Billy’s that someone could recommend?

The world records in the 200x’s came from around Terrace, BC. The concessions were held by Bolen & Lewis and maybe Milligan (???). I would look up the kill locations, see who owns the concessions in those areas currently, and book there if you are inclined.
