Mid '90's vintage listed for $1700, this is at the time Swarovski SLC's was a must have.
The design is porro prism but look like roof prisms 'cause they were IN.
I think I paid $1200 in 1997 and were by far the best LR binos around.
I used them on every elk hunt until 2018, and my LR deer stands.
They are very bright/clear. They still rival the good stuff.
I lent these to my guide in '08 and he scratched (2 slight marks on left barrel-on right in pic)
Never needed to fix it.
Ergonomics are excellent--feels just right in your hands.
