Sounds kind of like Archery Trade Association was the price fixer for these companies. Bass Pro, Cabelas, Dicks, Jays Sporting goods (local to MI here), Hoyt, Mathews, Bowtech, a couple others all on the defendant list.

Last lawsuit BPS was involved in stopped them from shipping ammo for online orders so wonder where this one takes us...?

If the manufacturers lose this lawsuit, what will change? The lawyers will "recover" our "stolen money" when we overpaid for our last bow. We'll get a class action lawsuit check in the mail for maybe $5. The lawyers will get paid hundreds of millions, and the manufacturers will have to raise their prices to cover the loss. I think the costs will go up even more.
