Basemap….. anyone else having tech issues?

I know about 8 guys using BM, all are having issues.

Today my buddy lost all his markers

I stayed offline(airplane) the last 3 days while using the app and it seemed to work.

I got back in service today and it took a out 60 seconds for the app to open

Glad to hear it worked for you while in airplane mode.

My latest issue was not being able to pull data on public lands, especially roads and trails and mvum data which is not helpful when scouting. Thankfully they got it fixed for me. I will say I have been about 3 years trouble free with basemap up until this summer when it’s been pretty buggy. Hope you guys can get this sorted in the future

Thanks for giving us the bug report, that will help immensely with diagnosing the issue! The way it generally works is your account status is saved to a local record on your device. That way once you go offline, we still know your account status.

I might ask our support team to bug you to submit one more report tomorrow where you select the recording option for submitting a bug and record from going online to offline mode. That'll give us a little more detail into the state of calls before and after. Or if you have a moment to do that please do. The more info the better.

Looks like we had one other user report this issue over the weekend so doesn't appear to be a widespread issue. However anyone reading this might be wise to go offline at home to make sure you aren't impacted by this.

I sent a bug video in yesterday so hopefully that will help them out.

Did you uninstall and reinstall? Did have to redownload my offline maps. But not really an issue.
