Base layers for big and tall guys

Any suggestions for base layers for big and tall guys?

How big and how tall?
At 6'8" 220lbs, I dont need the girth of b&t, but the length. Im a wool only now and never had a problem. Kuiu zip off bottoms come Thursday, excited to see how they fit. I buy what ever has the best sale.

LL Bean mid weights, under armor fleece, minus 33 and smartwool have all fit fine in the past. Upsettingly, LL Bean was the worst for wear in the shortest amount of wear time.

Otherwise, I have a harder time finding fitting things like waders, size 15 boots usually come in big and tall and I could fit 2 of me into 1 pair.

Aclima has up to 3xl in regular sizing for baselayers if you’re looking at merino. Another one that comes to mind is Minus 33 big & tall up to 6xl.

I am 6’1” 325. I wear minus 33 merino wool base layers. I have for about 6 years. I found them to be a bit scratchy when I got them but they softened right up after a couple trips thru the washer and dryer.
I found some descent 3/4 zip base layer tops at Big Camo. I wear those mostly but I will pull the minus 33 tops over those in some cases. Big Camo is my long term go to for plus sized gear you will find some base layers there.
