I have the above non treaded barrel. Would it be possible to thread and add a suppressor without messing up accuracy?

Absolutely. Shaen Rifles cut my 6.5 from 21” to 18” and threaded 5/8x24 w/ a permanent adapter and the accuracy went unchanged, ie very good.

Seconded the above. Cut my 6.5cm from 21 to 16 and it might have actually gotten more accurate.
