I have hung on to this rifle trying to get used to the stock, and for the life of me I cannot.

Fieldcraft .270 Win - 24” barrel. Threaded by Jeff Hayes at Rivers Bend and brake added. Less than 20 rounds fired. Rifle will shoot HSM factory loaded 150 Berger’s into .3-.5”. I have 105 rounds available to buyer.

What didn’t you like about the stock? This is the exact rifle (on paper at least) that fits my bill for a sheep gun. However, I have yet to be able to find one to handle and see how it feels.

I have always used ‘full feature’ stocks that have vertical/near vertical pistol grips and thickwr forends (like Manners EH-8, for example)

I like the conventional stock better for hunting, but I'm a old fart who revives the Holy Grail. My suppressed 243 Fieldcraft shoots great. These are great shooting rifles if you reload as well. Good luck on the sale. wish I had seen this before buying my Kimber Subalpine 280AI. But reall satisfied with it so far.

Absolutely agree, someone needs to buy this one now! Man, if I hadn't already purchased 3 rifles in the last two months, I think I'd be that someone. Don't know if it helps, but I got this same rifle in 6.5cm and it is an absolute gem, and of course the .270win caliber speaks for itself. Good luck with the sale USMC.
