Barrel Swap Sig Cross help

Has anyone in the Northern Colorado area messed with swapping the barrel extension on their Sig Cross? I picked up a 6.5 barrel but need to remove the extension from my original barrel to make it work.

Tools and gauges preclude me from going the DIY route. If you have what I assume is just a few minutes to help knock this out, I promise to bring your favorite case of beer.


Otherwise any recommendations on a gunsmith? I called Liberty and was quoted "Somewhere between $100-$150" which seems steep for what the work includes.
