Barnes Reloading Manual

Any word when Barnes Bullets will be coming out with a new reloading manual?

I know you can get updated info on their website, but actual printed books are so much nicer.

Are they though? I’d much prefer free online data that’s updated as new cartridges and powders are available.

Yes, printed books are far more convenient, especially in places that do not have internet service (shops, etc.) It is far faster to pull at book out and look it up vs. getting on a web page, then entering all your filters to get load data. I MUCH prefer books and Barnes is over due to produce another.

I actually asked this of Barnes a few years ago, as I like the manuals, too. They said it's probably not going to happen because of what others have mentioned. It's much faster and easier for them to update an online PDF than print a book.

FYI I emailed and asked last week. They said that they keep tracked of product requests so they would add another request for a new manual.

So maybe after enough requests it might come around. Hornady and nosler sure seem to stay on a rotation.

I feel kinda bad for kids growing up with digital manuals. There is a lot of educational and interesting information not related to the cartridge and bullet that’s being reloaded for, that seems to get glossed over online.
