Here a screen grab of Geo Ballistics showing at 875 that bullet is moving at speeds marginal for Hammer Bullets but the 212 LRX Bore Rider had full expansion in a 20% gel block.

You must be a lot higher than I am, but 1900fps at 800, give it a shot. On a barnes, my hard stop is 2000fps. Their definition of expansion and mine are very different things.
Not a chance I'd go down to 1500fps with any copper bullet except the subsonics from makers and that's a different thing.
