Baggy rain pants

I got a new set of down puffy pants that won't fit under my rain pant without severe compression. Can anyone recommend some rain pants that have some extra room under them?

I bought kuiu chugach rain pants a size bigger than my kuiu Yukon rain pants. The chugach fit over my normal pants, base layers, and the kuiu superdown pro pants.
