Badlands clips to Swarovski

The clips for the Badlands bino harness are a little big for the Swarovski attachment point. I have a few ideas, but figured I’d see if anyone here has some good ideas to modify. Thanks!

You can get some really small dime size key rings.
Or zip ties.

This. helped a buddy solve the same issue - just make some P cord loops, simple, cheap, quiet

I used these Adapt-Its on my 8x32's when I made a DIY Rich Young harness. It's just tight enough that they won't come out when nothing is attached.

Use some braid fishing line. Some high test power pro works well.

I always shied away from metal connections near or on my binos. Probably not entirely rational but it just doesn't set right with me. I used string loop material and got these little clips on amazon. Cut and melt to whatever length you want/need.

I don't have swaro's but my meostars have a similarly small eyelet. This is how I dealt with the badlands giant metal carabiniere problem:

Supplies:
- cannibalized Op/Tec camera strap with mini 1mm QD loops
- Atwood micro cord
- shrink tubing

Three 80lb strands of power pro braided and tied in a simple loop. No clips to break, these won’t be the weakpoint when carrying 1000$ of glass around your neck.

These look like exactly what I need. Are they aluminum or plastic?? What size are they listed as ? The ones I see on their website are larger than yours. Did you get them direct from Nite Ize ?

They are the Nite Ize S-Biner size #0. It doesn't look like you can buy them separately , but mine came on a keychain like this:

parshal, I ordered some of these also off of Ebay. I got the Niteize Mini S Biners in yesterday, but they were a little too big. I'm just waiting for the Adapt-its to come in tomorrow.
What type of clamp did you use to attach the strap to the Adapt-its?
