This looks amazing. I do have one question if I may. Did you consider adding the spigot to push out/lower the bipod? Or is this way a better fit for you. Thanks!
I have the ARCA spigot on three of my KRG chassis and it seems pretty rock solid.I may add the spigot later. But after spending close to $100 on a spigot for my areo Solus chassis I don’t use it because it has some flex and is not near as stable as just using the arca rail on the forend. I realize the Solus chassis is an “economic” cheaper chassis option but so is the bravo so I’ve been hesitant. But I’ve never tried or seen one in person for the bravo, it may be rock solid idk. Its something I’d at least like to try first this time around.
That proof barrel has a nice look to it, definitely would consider that a badass rifle in my mind. Thanks for sharingI dont know how "badass" this is, but it’s my son's first centerfire rifle. It was originally a 308 win T3 hunter. After he picked up a Proof 30 cal 1/10 Sendero contour barrel off a PRS match prize table, we remade it into a light weight mountain hunter, still in 308 Win. The only Tikka parts left are the action & trigger, magazine and bottom metal (plastic). The stock is a Hi-Tech composites from New Zealand. It’s one of his favourite hunting rifles now - accuracy with a few different bullets has been excellent. He used it on a fallow deer hunt a few years back and filled the freezer with
