Bad seal on dehydrated meals

I repacked some of my dehydrated meals last fall for elk hunting in normal food saver bags. I have a few that I didn’t eat that are not sealed now. Not sure if the rice poked a hole or if the seal just wasn’t good.

Are these still good to use or should they be tossed?

Toss, not worth taking the chance. Or give them to someone your are not fond of.

If these are meals you dehydrated yourself, definitely toss them. Even in the best circumstances, shelf life is only 6 months or so. I wouldn’t take the risk regardless, just start over with things you know are good.
When I am making my own dehydrated meals, I add an oxygen absorber and I store them in my freezer. They will probably last years in that context, but even there I haven’t had one go more than 10 or 12 months.
