Looking for a lightish weight sleeping bag, preferably in the 0-15 degree range, along with a sleeping pad with a 4+ r value. Trying to stay under $250 for the sleeping bag and $150 for the sleeping pad.

Many choices, but my suggestions is to keep your out out on Rokslide Classifieds.

I’m bought/sold for 50+% off retail, especially if you don’t mind gently used gear

Ex. Some posted last week REI had BA AXL Insulated pad for 75%… picked up 2 for $60 ea(normally $220)

I’ve been keeping my eyes on the classifieds. Just figured someone might have what I’m wanting and would reach out. Just trying to cover all bases essentially.

How well does that one pack down? From looking online it looks like it doesn’t pack down very small in regards to backpack hunting.
