Same issue, no permission to change. However at 0 dark 30 it is growing on me

Yeah, just got on to find the light screen gone. I despise the black background and haven't been able to change back to light. The "change style" button ain't working...

Great post! There must have been an upgrade or something but my screen was very bright! Found the fix at the bottom of the screen.
