We're about to lose nearly 13 million acres of federal public lands along the Dalton Hwy to BLM's Lands Transfer Program. Once the lands are transferred to the state it will be privatized and developed. We will lose backcountry value in the Brooks Range.

I have to shape our substantive comments about the Resource Management Plan and its Preliminary Alternative Concepts by Feb 27th.
