OK guys, where there's a will, there's a way. Just ordered a pair for the $137.97. What I did is go to the site and do a live chat with a sales rep. He wasn't aware of the promotion, but was able to look at their recent sales and saw where the boots were ordered by others and sold at the $137.97 price. He then was able to honor that price and my boots are on the way for $137.97. (they still also include the free 2 day shipping) The customer service rep I dealt with was Casey if that helps anyone.

I ordered my last night and my tracking number says they'll be here tomorrow. I figured it would be Monday since I ordered them so late. Figured they go out this morning and take 2 business days. Talk about fast shipping!!!
