Back from the Brooks: Success

I thoroughly enjoyed myself in the great state of Alaska. The guides, pilots, people, and scenery (and mosquitos) all were spectacular. I connected with this nice one on day four of our hunt. Right time/right place 420 yards, .260 Remington with 139gr Lapua Scenar's were instantly fatal. The one round was recovered in fragments under the skin of the far shoulder. Sheep meat is great over a willow fire. Now how do I go back to work after all this?

The Skeets were as bad as I have ever seen in sheep country, they were driving the sheep crazy too. Glad you had a successful trip and congrats on a nice Ram.
