I have an Aziak front country tripod and ballhead for sale. I also will include a second ballhead with a handle attached that has been a modification discussed on this site. In the attached pic, I have the base plate with handle swapped in for easier panning control for glassing when the ball head is in the locked out position. The original base plate is an easy swap back with an Allen wrench.
I bought this a few months ago and have not used it outside my house. It is in perfect condition. I have just decided it is longer than I want to pack around in the closed position.
