AZ Spring Bear

I am planning a 7-day Arizona spring bear hunt with three of my buddies. This is both our first hunt out west as well as our first bear hunt.

Does anyone have any general advice or tips on spring AZ bear?

Have a couple units picked out. Last fall a couple closed rather quickly and you wouldn’t have had 7 days to hunt. I don’t remember what last spring was like but I’m sure it’s on the AZDFG website.

Don't use Summit Guiding and outfitting. I hunted with Tom David last week , it was a horrible experience. The guy is a jerk. I left after 3 days. Feel free to message me for more info.
