I bought this to do my chamber and it was pretty easy after I got over the fear of doing something wrong. I’m renting it out to anyone else who needs this to do their’s.

Comes with the T-handle extension so you don’t have to pull the barrel off, and cutting oil.

I’ll have a 6.5 PRC AW2 reamer available at the end of March, too.

$100 shipped to you, and return when finished.

He was the gunsmith that came up with the revised specs for the PRC’s to fix the infamous ‘clickers’ that start occurring around 2-3x fired brass. The AW2 reamer opens up the chamber around .2” ahead of the case head only about .003” but this then allows the dies to actually size that part of the case, thereby allowing the reloader to use the brass past just three firings. There’s a really great thread on it on LongRangeOnly.com.

What does "clicker"mean? I have not heard of this, is it only if you reload?
This is when the brass has expanded too much around the .200” area of the case head, and reloading dies cannot resize it. It will ultimately become oversized enough that these cases will not chamber, even after resizing. The reamer opens up a tiny bit of the chamber in this area and solves the problem. If you’re planning on only shooting factory ammunition, you won’t have to worry about it. It only applies to reloaders that want to use their brass more than 3-4x.
