Attaching Large Boots to Pack

I have a question for everyone here. I have been struggling with how to get my very large set of boots out to the tree stand for several years now. I have a pair of the cabela's Saskatchewan boots and I love them for keeping my feet warm. The issue is I can never find a good way to transport them out to the stand. I have tried using bungee's to the bottom of my pack. I have tried multiple different ways to get them to stay on and just cannot find a good way to keep them from falling off. Carrying them is not really an option as I am usually carrying my rifle. I use a military style pack that has MOLLE but have not found a good way to use that for the boots. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

See if you can attach a kifaru grabbit to the outside. I have an old Kelty bison pack with a similar outer sling attached to the pack and I've used it for several years to haul wading boots after hike in fly fishing. This is my first year with a kifaru pack and grabbit attachment so others on here may be of more help with how to attach it to your pack. Both links are below. That kelty pack has served me well for many years.

Have you thought about trying a down or synthetic booty with hand warmers? Not what you asked about, but they would be easier to pack in.

Is wearing them in and changing socks at your stand not an option?

I have tried everything for keeping my feet warm and they boots are what I have found work best. The down side is that they are huge. I just need try and find a good way to haul them. Thus the question. I am looking into finding a flap with straps to see if that will hold them to my bag or similar options.

Why not put them in a lightweight bag, and attach the bag to the pack?
I suppose you could bungie them to the pack as well. Use an X pattern like most pack manufacturers use.

Don't know about the new ones but the original Kifaru Pods work AWESOME.

So per another suggestion. I bought a $7 webbing for motorcycle helmets and it seems to get the job done. Way more secure then my old strap method.

Net is a good option. Depending on your pack and boots the marine Filbe comes with a pod type attachment that can be lashed to molle packs It is designed to hold sleeping gear but works great as a pack extender.
