Same footprint. I had to do minor inletting inside my Bell and Carson stock to fit the larger magazine well. YMMV
Once installed it fed 7-08 rounds from both MDT and ARC magazines fine. MDT mags required some feed lip tuning. No modifications to the action were necessary.
The issue I had is that the trigger shoe of my Howa HACT trigger impinges on the back of the DBM. The manufacturer had never seen this problem and offered me a refund. I didn't want to bother sending it back overseas. Thought I might mill it out slightly and then cerakote to match my action, but never got around to it.
Edit: It is my understanding after discussing the issue with Atlasworxs that my issue is related to variances in the Howa action assembly, and likely a rare a occurrence. However, I cannot guarantee that it will work for any rifle without modifications.
