Asolo sole failure. Repair?

Looking for info on boot repair options. Glad it didn't happen on a hunt! Pretty disappointed that these failed like this.

I have the same pair. 20 years old now I think, not so waterproof anymore. Same sole failure around year 14. This is your guy. He's in Seattle.

Your boots look well used. I had the same thing happen to mine but they had only been used for a couple of easy hikes. Still, they were out of warranty, which I mentioned when I contacted them, but I also sent photos so they could see the almost new condition of my boots. Asolo covered the repair. Kudos to them. They had me send them to the guy in Seattle listed above who put new soles on both boots. They now look a fair bit worse than yours do and the soles are still on, so the repair was good.

Update: I received my boots back from Dave Page in Seattle. They now look almost brand new and I am very pleased with the new sole that he applied. Very high quality work. Highly recommend.

Probably the most underrated boot out there (asolo in general) I have a couple pairs of shivers and a set of powermatics that have all held up better than any other boots besides zamberlan… and you can get them cheap on Sierra… tough to beat for the cost.

Their boots don’t fit my foot great, but that’s a me thing, not the boots

I have had the powermatic for a few years and they are still bone dry in the rain… neither pair of shivers leak either, which is crazy considering them being a shoe, and being so soft soled, they are plenty comfortable
