The brass insert you should be able to get from most Easton arrow dealer.

...... Do you guys that shoot those axis get the brass inserts from somewhere online?

You can order the Axis with a 75/50 brass insert. I order from Mountain archery. The full length is 75gr...but you can break it off to 50 gr.
