Arrow Noise w/ Field Tips

Did you ever find a solution? I’m having same problem

I eventually gave up and went to another arrow build. I'm 95% its the outsert system. I ran into a guy shooting nearly the exact X Impact set up when broadhead tuning before the season. He was running ethics components and his arrows did not whistle.

I just built a few X impacts and the were whistling. I assumed it was the fletchings but its not. I shot the x impact arrow with two other different fletchings and all whistle, some more than others but all very noticeable to me. Those same fletching on different arrows are dead quiet.
Going to try it with a broadhead to see if it quites down any. Very strange.
