Looking for some advice on an arrow build for elk and moose. Recently built some Sirius arrow for this fall to test out but would like to hear some opinions as well.

31in draw 80lbs
Sirius Gemini 200 - 553grains
Carbon to carbon 29.75
75gr half jacket system - stainless outsert and aluminum post with 150 grain broadhead
4 fletch with Aae max stealths and a wrap

Chrono to 285 fps

Right now I use magnus stingers and vpa 2 blades.

Imo This set up should be more than sufficient but any recommendations would be appreciated.

I think you are going to see a pass through on elk and more than likely a moose. That’s some serious weight (kinetic energy and momentum) you have in those arrows. As long as your FOC is not terrible, I didn’t calculate it, and you’re spined correctly with that much weight up front I bet you’re going to be slaying. 80 lbs and 31 inch draw! Lucky guy.

You could zip through two bulls standing next to each other with that poundage, draw and arrow weight.
Don't overthink it.
I killed my Shiras with 72#, 29" draw and 470gr arrow with a Iron Will. Complete pass through.
