Just google Kifaru Scout and look at the threads from the Kifaru forum and you should get all the info and pics you need. Basically it is a large lumbar pack with the kifaru two-stay and omni-belt suspension that for me allows carrying a heavier load more comfortably (belt with delta straps are key for this pack). I've been using a version of it since the 1980's with Patrick's Mountainsmith version and Kifaru discontinued it before I could grab one in multicam. I prefer it for summer overnights because it allows for better ventilation and movement which to me means going faster and farther. Paired with 2QTs on the side, belt pouch on back, mini-long on top, and a HPG harness, it's one of my all-time favorites.

I agree with Bill on the need for a limited run of mini longs.

Id grab one up. Would be perfect for day hunting turkey, groundhogs, prairie dogs. Big enough to carry lots of ammo, range finder, dope card, shooting mat, and some grub. I could definitely use it during PRS matches as well.
