Arken optics going under?

What’s going on with Arken optics? Customer service has fallen completely off the planet. You can’t even call them, their number goes straight to a recording and just says to email them. I’ve sent them multiple emails and have yet to get a response.

Maybe something to consider if you’re in the market for a scope.

Maybe bring up the customer service thing. This is an industry is driven a lot of warranty support, and if there is no support I could see it doing some damage to the reputation they have built.

A lot of companies have downsized their phone answering staff, and pushed it to email. Saves them money, and the person with the answers (it's never the one that is on the phones) can respond. Not saying its right or wrong, just how it is.
