Will give my two cents-
I have never used an ARK frame, but was able to use a used Duplex Lite for this first time on a spring backpack bear hunt this year. Frame and bag performed incredibly well, handled load better than I could have dreamt compared to my old pack.
Even though I bought it used, the duplex lite frame is legit in my eyes. I won’t be looking for another pack anytime soon.
