Comes with both Right and Left Helical arms.
Right currently mounted.
It is not hard changing out the arms but you do have to pay attention and not be too rough with it or you will break the plastic where the roll pin connects the arm to the device. I will be glad to change out the arms for someone if they would like before it is shipped.
I will not separate the set.
